Marie began this site some time back after losing more than 100lbs and realizing that  part of obesity is learned at a very young age when lifestyle habits are getting formed. This site is in hopes that kids today will not have to go through that struggle and so that parents will have alternatives to the constant deluge of poor information about wellness choices reaching their children daily through the media.

Adventures in The Land of Wellness: Book One

The story of Snooky, a young boy in the Land of Wellness, who has an unfortunate encounter with a very bad clown. Against his mother’s wishes, Snooky is tricked into eating things which are very bad for him and, before the wicked Greasy The Clown can take control of Snooky forever, someone needs to come to his rescue. Who will it be?
